mediatek: mt7623: build mt6577_auxadc driver into kernel

Set CONFIG_MT6577_AUXADC=y as otherwise reading temperature of the
thermal-zone doesn't work on MT7623 (it does work fine without this
driver on MT7622 and MT7986).
