This update only adds one commit:
b102f19bcc53 tests: Opportunistic Wireless Encryption - SA Query
The main reason for the bump is to have a newer PKG_SOURCE_DATE,
so we can reset PKG_RELEASE to 1 (this has not been done for the
most recent bump), and replace it with AUTORELEASE.
