Hauke Mehrtens 5a04f17857 kernel: kmod-phy-bcm7xxx: Add driver ...

The CONFIG_BCMGENET kernel config option will select this driver. Add
the driver to the kernel config menu and make kmod-bcmgenet depend on
it.
