Lech Perczak 614199c81d ath79: ubnt-xm: support ath9k firmware loading ...

Enable ath9k EEPROM extraction on boot for Ubiquiti XM-series boards.
This is required for wireless interface to function.
Runtime tested on Nanobridge M5.
