Hans Dedecker 96060b3018 Revert "iproute2: tc: reduce size of dynamic symbol table" ...

This reverts commit 248797834b as it breaks the
installation of the iproute2 utilities ip-bridge, ss, nstat, devlink and rdma
for the ip-full variant
