Konstantin Demin a97e0dad6e dropbear: 'rsakeyfile' -> 'keyfile' transition ...

end users should have done this since OpenWrt 19.07.
if they didn't do this yet - perform auto-transition.

schedule 'rsakeyfile' removal for next year release.
