Linus Walleij bc19ce078d gemini: Create patches and config for kernel v5.15 ...

This creates a v5.15 baseline for the Gemini platform.
The main new attraction is the new crypto driver from
Corentin Labbe that we activate in the new config.
Config was refreshed.
