Robert Marko d2774a55c3 qualcommax: 6.12: refresh config ...

Refresh kernel config by running kernel_menuconfig.

Manually enable CONFIG_HW_RANDOM and CONFIG_CRYPTO_DEV_QCOM_RNG as these
got somehow disabled by the refresh.
