Daniel F. Dickinson ffc71cd2d0 ar71xx: cr5000: Fix the reset button as KEY_RESTART ...

The reset button was incorrectly returning KEY_WPS_BUTTON as the key
code.  We want KEY_RESTART., so make that fix.
