be5c21a82b15 ath10k-ct:  Fix out-of-tree compile for 4.20, pull in stable changes for 4.19

Fixes compile errors when using the 4.20 flavour.
Also the amount of beacon errors seems to have dropped.

Tested on a Mikrotik RB912UAGS-5HPacD
