62c1740676 toolchain: fix the sysroot mess by getting rid of $(TOOLCHAIN_DIR)/usr and moving it back to $(TOOLCHAIN_DIR), this change makes the toolchain relocatable again, which should fix the SDK

cf7199f48b this patch fixes toolchain parallel build, which reduces build time. 
In order to enable parallel build, change line 21 of
include/host-build.mk from:

override MAKEFLAGS=

to:

override MAKEFLAGS=$(MAKE_JOBS)

44aa03f2f9 Add a target (CONFIG_MAKE_CONFIG) that creates an exportable toolchain. The toolchain will zipped and saved under $(TOPDIR)/bin directory.
