Felix Fietkau 2270fc5947 Revert "lantiq: enable SMP for XRX200" ...

This reverts commit cc3bfdb62f.

Apparently the ethernet driver is not SMP safe, as reported in
https://bugs.lede-project.org/index.php?do=details&task_id=27
