Chukun Pan ab8ead3e2d uboot-mediatek: fix CONFIG_TEXT_BASE variable 
CONFIG_SYS_TEXT_BASE has been renamed to CONFIG_TEXT_BASE
in uboot v2023.01 [1], fixes all this variable.
